Can You Jump Rope Like This?

This has GOT to be one of THE most impressive thing I have ever seen.
These girls are amazing!
We used to jump rope in school and did the double rope, slap the ground and pick up sticks - stuff like that. Others would stop and watch like they were impressed, but wow, these girls are so incredible. And some are so young, too.
